Terms and Conditions of the Online Store

2. Payment Method
Purchases are paid at the time of placing the order using the payment method chosen by the customer.

 

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are paid at the time of placing the order. The shipping cost for the customer is €5.90.

 

4. Delivery Methods
Different products may have different delivery methods. We deliver orders by post to the nearest Posti pickup point. All shipments include tracking. We deliver orders throughout Finland.

 

5. Delivery Time

We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day, depending on the time the order is placed.
Typical delivery times:

  • Finland: approx. 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: approx. 2–5 business days

 

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after you have received the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (for example, by letter sent by post or email to vaelsinoutdoor@gmail.com). To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

 

7. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notice of your withdrawal. We will also reimburse delivery costs, except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise, and in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

 

8. Returning Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. We will cover the cost of returning the goods.

 

9. Statutory Liability for Defects
We are responsible for statutory liability for defects after the warranty period has ended or if no warranty has been granted.

Liability for defects covers faults that existed at the time of sale. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. The defect must be reported within a reasonable time after it has been discovered.

Consumer customers may report defects within two months of discovering the defect. However, we recommend reporting the issue as soon as possible to facilitate processing.

 

10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in accordance with Finnish law.

As a consumer customer, you may refer any disputes related to this agreement to the Consumer Disputes Board free of charge. As a consumer, you have the right to bring disputes related to this agreement before the district court of your place of residence or the company’s registered office. If you do not have a place of residence in Finland, the case will be handled by the district court of the company’s registered office.
